I’ve always loved a Hunter boot, but the Hunter Play Short Rain Boot in Dark Green feels a little easier and more modern than the traditional tall version.
The shorter silhouette makes it incredibly wearable, and this deep green is exactly the kind of color I want for fall. It’s practical, obviously—but it also looks like an intentional part of the outfit rather than something you only pull out when it rains.
WHY I LOVE IT
Short, easy-to-wear silhouette
Classic Hunter look
Dark green feels especially good for fall
Made for rainy-day dressing
Easy with denim + leggings
Less cumbersome than a traditional tall rain boot
Practical without sacrificing the outfit
DEAR LUCY EDIT
RAIN BOOTS CAN STILL BE PART OF THE OUTFIT. ☔️
I’d wear these with straight-leg denim + a chunky sweater + barn jacket for a very good fall uniform.
They're also an easy grab with leggings and an oversized sweatshirt when the weather is miserable but you still want to look pulled together.
PRACTICAL. CLASSIC. VERY FALL. ✓
