Z Supply has always done casual pieces really well, and this is exactly the type of item I would have looked at when buying for the store. It isn't complicated, but that's what makes it useful. I love it worn open over a simple white tank with jeans while it's still warm, then later with straight-leg denim, a belt and a great pair of boots. You could even layer a sweater over it and let the plaid peek out at the collar and cuffs.
